Ok....Now that this is up and running again, I can rant and rave. Today, AOL.

Ok, let me start with I'm Jewish. Not particularly religious. I'm a Reform Jew so that puts me in the pick and choose parts you like kind of set up. However, upon going to AOL today I hit the Radio @ AOL link. Up pops up the window and starts to play the Default Station of AOL Recommends: Christian Music. Well you can guess that's not my choice so I want to complain. Let's start clicking links.

Help. Well it's not really helpful. There's no place to provide feedback.

It takes some time to get the news. In order to complain, I need to send snail mail to corporate headquarters. So much for the electronic age.

It eventually occurs to me to put in a complaint on every comment place AOL provided and eventually I get back:

Dear Michael,

I am sorry if you were given the wrong department by mistake, Michael.
